Didn't know we had gatotsu stance, so I used hand to blade for this action.
But it seems that hand to blade is more widely used.

You are correct. While many of the posts under hand to blade can be tagged as fighting stance, some posts, such as post #7275277 and post #8845656, are not. I'll garden it later.
BUR #40205 has been rejected.

I think it's fine to imply gatotsu stance to hand to blade, gatotsu stance can be one of the forms of hand to blade.
Although some of the posts, like post #1117190 post #2515730, should be hand on blade instead of hand to blade, I think this is still within the acceptable range. (also the hand to torpedo)
And there is no need to remove hand to blade from knife or polearm.(like post #8593727 post #9007341)
Any one exception should be enough to disqualify an implication. For example, post #3224369 and post #3766434 don't contain blades, and I could imagine more parodies of this pose using something other than a bladed weapon.

Well, bladeless weapon is more controversial, and it's not easy to tell whether it's hand to blade or hand on blade in some images, so I rejected it.
