While the names John and Johannes share a direct etymological link, it would open quite the can of worms, as someone with the katakana name ヨハネ entering the John Cinematic Universe would also logically make Tsushima Yoshiko part of it.

Absolutely not. No slippery slopes that could lead to Joans and Jeannes and Jalters entering the JCU. It doesn't even have a real J sound in it!
