alias shimapan to striped panties

BUR #37199 has been rejected.

create alias shimapan -> striped_panties

I often search shimapan cause that's the term I am used to then remember the typical term is striped panties. I think it makes searching easier.

This would put striped panties at the top of the autocomplete list when typing "shima", even though most people are looking for other tags like Shimakaze.
