Rename masco_(character) -> jishuku-chan_(masco)

Rename masco_(character) -> jishuku-chan_(masco)

Refers to an original character by masco. Looking at their pixiv, it seems like the name they use for her is usually Jishuku-chan (literally, Self-Restraint-chan). The whole thing likely comes from 自粛警察 (Self-restraint Police), which is an internet term that was used to refer to people from the general public who took it upon themselves to "impose" covid regulations onto others.

Whoops, just noticed this is not the right method to request for a bulk update. I don't want to make a duplicate, so can anyone that may have the rights to do so either delete this post or turn it into a bulk update request?
