deprecate alternate_color_school_swimsuit
This seems like a pointless tag. Searching color_name + school_swimsuit or school_swimsuit - blue_one_piece_swimsuit should bring about similar results. The name is bad as well and doesn't match with how we use alternate for other tag names.
It would be worthwile to have a tag for uncommon designs, such as post #3562822. Not sure how to call the tag though.

You might think so, but they do feature the seams of the old style school swimsuit that isn't common on one-piece swimsuits. It's more obvious on some of the other ones in the group: post #3562787

That might be why it's so polluted.
On the topic of uncommon designs, I completely forgot we already have nontraditional_school_swimsuit, though that tag also risks ending up full of random completely normal school swimsuits that just happen to be white, and seems to already be polluted with useless padding (nontraditional_school_swimsuit white_one-piece_swimsuit)
