create implication koban_(gold) -> coin
Kobans are just a type of old coin. Even their description on the wiki calls them a Gold Coin specifically.
Personally, I'd also want to rename the Koban_(gold) tag to koban_(coin), as I feel that's more accurate. but having it imply coin regardless is a must.

Why do we have a separate tag for amulet_coin just for pokemon, and why is it without a qualifier? Should they be merged?

1: Because it's an in-game item with an in-game effect, at least enough that several pieces tagged with it revolve around that effect.
2: It's not just a koban, it's a koban-shaped charm on a string - it's got a little tag at the top for the string to go through. This does in turn mean that I think the tag as it's currently used is not accurate, as meowth's headpiece isn't an amulet coin, the amulet coin just resembles meowth's headpiece. Even ones where coins are raining down are more likely to be Pay Day than Amulet Coin.
So I think we should set up a BUR for:
A: Amulet Coin implies Koban
B: Images tagged amulet coin without the pokemon tag get tagged for koban instead
C: Then maybe just remove it from the meowth-only amulet coins pieces.
