The old English dub referred to him as "Father Cat" maybe that could be an alias too?

"chiyo's father" sounds kind of ambiguous to me, there are loads of characters named Chiyo.

Most tags if this sort use the base character's full name (see any of the tags for the various unnamed siblings and parents from Love Live for example), so mihama chiyo's father should be the name to maintain consistency

He's not technically her actual father, if that makes a difference. He's Sakaki and Osaka's weird shared delusion of her father as a floating talking cat... thing.

But yeah, I can change the BUR.

This definitely dates to very early Danbooru. I'd be fine with the alias in either direction (probably with the surname spelled out if we went towards the English).
