implicate celling and lamp into ceiling_light

BUR #12820 has been rejected.

create implication ceiling_light -> celling
create implication ceiling_light -> lamp

This is a lamp hanging from a ceiling so it makes sense for it to have both tags

I'm more into the first implication than the second, just because there are many pictures of chandeliers that use candles instead of lamps.

There are also posts like post #5733667 where the chandeliers is visible but not the ceiling.

Yeah, too many edge cases for both.
