As a noteworthy workaround for everyone to avoid creating dupe artists like that, use the artists search page and copy paste the intent id link (https://twitter.com/intent/user?user_id=740211255709949952 in this case) in the URL field to check whether the artist already exists, the intent id link stays the same when the artist changes their handle on twitter, so you won't get tricked into thinking it's a new artist because danbooru doesn't automatically detect dupes through intent links at the creation time, only after you already made the new entry.

How do we get the intent id link in the first place, though?

Simulate an upload of any media of the artist's twitter and click "create new artist", if the twitter link isn't included in any existent artist entry, danbooru automatically gather those and put them in the URLs field, then you just copy paste them, if it already exist in some artist entry on danbooru, but it's missing the intent link, you won't be able to use this method unless you temporarily delete this link so danbooru will see it as a new artist again, you can also wait for BrokenEagleBot to automatically add it after some time, unfortunately this only works for non-private twitters if you don't want to wait for the bot.

You can also try using this site: https://tweeterid.com, it's not working properly for me though, other methods have to do with using API calls, which I'm not the best person to talk about it.

deprecate tarano
create alias niwabyakko -> niwaka_(niwaka_byakko)
rename niwaka -> niwaka_(golden_roll)
rename user_xhas5338 -> shi_jie

1. Handle -> Display name.
2. From forum #216618, it's an ambiguous tag, I manually removed the links and other names from the tag and changed its category, since it was a empty tag and tarano (tsumugiko) had all the links and other names already. I'm just making sure, instead of deprecating it myself.
3. Handle -> Name + handle.
4. Same artist, it's also a very ambiguous name.
5. Stacc -> Name (from this post, I assume they're Chinese, so that's the reading).

Obs: I'll manually deprecate niwaka after this BUR gets approved, so I can write a wiki for it, instead of the wiki getting moved to the target tag, only to be removed later.
