Seems to be the same thing, fire jacket has a wiki and an implication to jacket, but firefighter jacket might be better name.

Apparently the industry term is turnout gear (turnout_jacket in this case), if we want to use that instead.

I'll reverse this because I do think firefighter jacket is a more intuitive name.
