regis -> regis_(world_flipper)

BUR #7203 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

rename regis -> regis_(world_flipper)

The regis tag only features the same character as in the regis_(world_flipper) tag

Just aliasing regis to regis_(world_flipper) will do. No need for the mass update part.

Changed to a rename.
