We also have eargasm and earjob. Given that ear fuck/sex is for the actual penetration, I don't think it makes sense to have another two different tags for general sexual stimulation of the ears.
eargasm is for pleasure induced by stimulation, and earjob is for stimulation inducing pleasure, so it's merely a semantic distinction.

Wait, eargasm has the uncommon stimulation implication. Also earjob is a mix of a lot of different concepts. I guess it'll have to be sorted manually. There also could be times where ear sex does not result in an eargasm.
Edit: turned earjob into a disambiguation page and moved all posts to the correct tags.
