The great majority of posts so tagged do not meet the description on the tag's wiki page: "For when a reflection of what the character is looking at is visible in their eyes." Instead, it's seemingly applied whenever eyes have highlights. As eye highlights are the overwhelming norm for anime-style images, this is an exceptionally weak criterion. It would apply to every image with visible eyes that aren't empty eyes.

The wiki page definition is captured more accurately, in practice, by the alternate tag eye reflection.

Someone would have to go through reflective_eyes -eye_reflection and switch them over to the other tag before this could be a good idea.

I added eye reflection where applicable. I left out reflections of windows with no additional details (e.g. post #4440044) as I think that's just a type of highlights.
