create alias open_toe_shoes -> toeless_footwear
remove implication toeless_boots -> boots
create alias toeless_boots -> toeless_footwear

Eh, not a huge fan of this, "open toe shoes" or "peep-toe shoes" are much more common terms for this than "toeless footwear". And I would consider open toe boots and open toe heels to be pretty different things. But whatever.
