rename don-chan_(hololive) -> don-chan_(pekora_channel)

rename don-chan_(hololive) -> don-chan_(pekora_channel)

Just to keep consistency amongst the Hololive mascot tags.

(Ex: 35p_(miko_channel), bibi_(towa_channel), haaton_(haato_channel), kintoki_(miko_channel), kintsuba_(flare_channel), oruyanke_(fubuki_channel), etc.)

I personally feel that we shouldn't be tagging the mascot tags with _(*_channel), for two reasons:

1. With such a modifier, it implies that the Virtual YouTuber in question has a corresponding *_channel tag. This caused an issue earlier this year, when the Matsuri Channel tag, created for Kazamiya Matsuri, was added them to posts with Natsuiro Matsuri by mistake, likely not helped by the fact that Ebi Frion, Matsuri's mascot, previously had the _(matsuri_channel) modifier.
2. With this in mind, we have Hololive mascot tags which don't follow this formula, those being shitsuji-chan_(himemori_luna), ebi_frion_(natsuiro_matsuri) and ankimo_(tokino_sora), as well as robosaa_(roboco) for Roboco's fans, the latter two having been changed earlier this year as well. Meanwhile, on the Nijisanji side, their mascot tags (if they have them) also utilize the chartag instead, ala gonzalez_(machita_chima) and usa-chan_(gundou_mirei), assuming they don't have a full name or appear beyond their assigned VTuber (i.e. roto_(nijisanji)).

It would make far more sense for the modifiers to be the chartags instead, so don-chan_(usada_pekora), 35p_(sakura_miko), kintoki_(sakura_miko), bibi_(tokoyami_towa), haaton_(akai_haato), kintsuba_(shiranui_flare), oruyanke_(shirakami_fubuki), poyoyo_(nakiri_ayame), listener_(inugami_korone) and daifuku_(yukihana_lamy).

I agree with this. Normally we would use the copyright tag as the qualifier, but since Pekora Channel doesn't exist, and Hololive isn't specific enough, it falls back to *_(usada_pekora) as the qualifier.

Good points all around here! I completely neglected to notice that there were plenty of exceptions to that (name channel) bit, and that Matsuri Channel tag incident you mentioned definitely proves an important point involving copyrights.

Come to think of it, does every mascot character even need a modifier? In general, character tags will only have modifiers if there is more than one character with the same name (basically the entire cast of Azure Lane and the Kantai collection are good examples of this), and most of these mascot characters have completely unique names that don't conflict with any existing tags. Adding a modifier to Kintsuba makes sense to differentiate the character from the artist that shares the same name, but characters like Oruyanke don't really need them as there's no need to specify which Oruyanke it is - there's only one Oruyanke tag. As we don't add the copyright qualifier to the VTubers themselves, (there's only one Tsunomaki Watame, so tsunomaki_watame_(hololive) isn't necessary), does it make sense to do that for the mascots?

Perhaps my original request is entirely misguided! Perhaps instead of adding or changing modifiers, should we consider deleting the ones that aren't necessary instead?

I'd personally be for the mascot characters having modifiers, primarily because those characters are associated with the Virtual YouTuber in question. However, rosen-tai, subaru duck and hatotaur all lack modifiers. likely for the reasons you mentioned. And going beyond Hololive, looking at Nijisanji again, we've got johnny nosleever and sebastian piyodore, though those are full names, so it makes sense why they don't have modifiers. And beyond them, to my knowledge, for the other mascot characters tagged, it's a mix on whether or not a modifier is used.

Honestly, whether modifiers are changed or just removed, I just want to see those _(*_channel) modifiers gone, for the reasons I've mentioned, so whatever decision is ultimately made I'm fine with.

It's not uncommon to add a qualifier to a character that doesn't strictly need one when the character is obscure or not well known. It helps to identify that Don-chan isn't some generic character, it's a character specifically associated with Usada Pekora.

Rename all hololive mascots and the likes currently qualified with channel names to use the channel owners instead and fix Temari.
