While tagging I noticed that there are posts tagged with ruffled_sleeves when we have frilled_sleeves.
There seems to be other not so popular and confusing/outdated tags like ruffled_dress + ruffled_skirt.
The appropriate tags seems to be frilled_skirt and frilled_dress exist.
I wasn't sure what to exactly request or do so I'm opening a discussion about it. Thoughts?
I'm thinking maybe making an alias for them might be a solution?

The ruffle* tags have been deprecated for quite a long time. Note that ruffles is aliased to frills, and the ruffled_skirt wiki admonishes taggers not to use it, not that this has ever stopped anyone.
I think that part of the problem is that most users aren't aware of the existence of gathers, which is the established tag to use for "ruffles" that take up entire panels of fabric in a garment (e.g. the white dress in post #1620983) rather than just the trim around the edges.
I'd be in favor of an alias for at least ruffled sleeves, while the skirt/dress ones can be periodically sorted through (since people might tag dresses at skirts and viceversa).
