In the interest of leaving a paper trail since I don't do this sort of thing often:
It looks like virtual YouTuber Otodama Tamako has been tagged incorrectly as "Ontama Tamako," resulting in proliferation of the mistake across various boorus over time.
There are only six posts associated with the tag so I've already corrected them manually and updated the wiki as necessary.
