I'm not saying this tag should stay, but a lot of the posts with this tag look more like breast lift to me. Also, you forgot to provide a reason for your alias request.

I just thought that the two tags were virtually synonyms of each other, and that grabbing_own_breast was being used by taggers who weren't aware of the self_fondle tag.

In a similar vein, I haven't used breast_lift myself, so I didn't think of it when making this request. Should this alias be canceled, so that grabbing_own_breast be cleaned up manually and made a disambiguation page instead?
