[APPROVED] Tag implication: tanned_cirno -> cirno

tag implication #9159 tanned_cirno -> cirno has been approved.

Reason: Because Tanned Cirno is an alternate look for Cirno.

EDIT: The tag implication tanned_cirno -> cirno (forum #154958) has been approved by @Hillside_Moose.

Did you read the prior discussion about this implication? It was rejected, and not without good reason.

• topic #14036 - focused on whether tanned_cirno should imply tan (rejected because not every tanned_cirno cosplay is tanned). Also discussed if tanned_cirno should be renamed summer_cirno (rejected because "tanned cirno" was a translation of the in-game "日焼けしたチルノ").

Yeah, previous discussions just centered around whether the tag should exist at all. The implication to cirno wasn't really discussed.

I don't agree with the cosplay objection. If something is recognizable enough to tag as a tanned cirno cosplay, then it's recognizable enough to tag as cirno. Otherwise basically all character -> character implications are invalid, including the other cirno implications (cirno-nee and achi cirno) and the implications for *_(pc-98) characters.
