I always forget the tag name "steaming body", and have never heard it spoken in a normal sentence before. Most of the pictures tagged with steaming body would be considered body heat.

Body heat makes me more think of something like body blush where the body is red instead.

Steaming_body seems to be a much more apt description of the visual effect. It is, quite literally, clouds of vapor appearing around a character's body. I don't see how body_heat is any more intuitive than this.
