The minotaur wiki has, for years, indicated that the tag refers to the bull-headed monster from classical mythology. Nevertheless, the tag itself is littered with numerous examples of ordinary cow girls (post #1959345, post #2599635, post #2610261) including some with no animal features other than horns (post #2765684). Watering down the tag with human-faced characters like this basically makes the tag irrelevant, doesn't it?
If we can come to a consensus here, I'd like to clean up the tag and make it exclusive to the mythological beast, since we already have plenty of other tags to search for characters with other bovine features. Or at the least, create something like a minotaur (mythology) tag since searching for the monster presently requires digging through unrelated images.
