Tag implication: pink_lips -> lips

Posted under Tags

The thing is, pink lips is routinely used in cases where the lips are barely visible at all (post #2769731, for instance). The lips wiki specifies that:

Images tagged "lips" should probably be centered around them, or at least have lips prominently displayed.

Making this implication work would require that we add the same stipulation to pink lips.

Also, I don't believe we ever came to a real consensus about whether to use pink lips or pink lipstick as the standard tag for pink-colored lips (see topic #13804). Confusion over whether *_lips should imply lips is one of the reasons I prefer the "lipstick" tags.

The lips tag is for images where the lips are the/a focal point of the image. It's easily possible for an image to have lips that aren't a major focus or are barely visible at all, but that are nonetheless pink. (edit: somewhat ninja'd here)

Oh, and you forgot to actually create the implication request.

Thank you for the replies.

Thing is, I don't know how to create an implication request. If you could tell me, that'd be good to know for future reference.

There is a "Request implication" button at the second of the top bars when on the forums, click that.
