What about situations like post #930706 ?
Do things like post #214772 really warrant the hands up tag? Because I wouldn't use it there.
What about if you have the elbows raised up so the forearm actually points downwards whilst the hands are on the chest? I couldn't find any examples of this in a quick search but it's certainly possible.
It would certainly feel odd to use hands_up in those two cases, however the tag definition would still be met. In this case I'm thinking that another possibility could be to further refine the criteria used by hands_up, since, the way it is right now, it is solely based on the position of the hands relative to the torso.
