Seems reasonable to me. if you're making a fake card (Kancolle card, FGO craft essence, etc), then it will naturally qualify for card_(medium).

Would something where only part of the image is card parody (post #1671325 is the best example at present but there are a few other card parody posts where the card isn't quite the whole image) count as card (medium)? Would something where there was a parody card visible within a non-card image want tagging with card parody?

Well my assumption there was no to both but I suppose others might think differently.
