create alias pokeball_symbol -> poke_ball_print
Seems to be used the same and I observe 'print' being used for this type of thing not symbol.
Also pokeball as one word is incorrect syntax (pokeball is aliased to poke_ball).

An issue with this is from my understanding of print-tags, is that prints apply to patterns on clothing or things like towels and other fabric objects. Something like post #2372629 where the symbol is in the background would be incorrect to label a "print".
There are several images under the pokeball_symbol tag that match up with the symbol being a background design, as opposed to a pattern on clothing.
Alright, well shouldn't those such images be tagged as poke_ball_background or similar? Also another tag that seems redundant is poke_ball_theme. I think where appropriate these should just be poke ball print but this tag could potentially still be useful.

I think retaining a poke ball symbol tag would make a lot more sense then trying to forcing everything to fall under either a poke_ball_print or poke_ball_background tags. It's not like this emblem is only ever going to appear on backgrounds and clothing.
Also calling something like post #2372629 a "poke ball background" would be quite a stretch of the concept of a background themed with the poke ball symbol/object.
Pokeball symbol can well be a graffiti on the wall or a tattoo on character's shoulder, just to name a few examples. It would still qualify for pokeball_symbol, but not "background", and require graffiti and tattoo respectively. The tag seems legit to me, but its wiki should be defined better, as to whether poke ball print should be a subset, or the tags should be mutually exclusive instead.
What is about anchor_symbol vs anchor_print?
So, first for this: A PokéBall is an object in the Pokémon world. They have a clear and distinct physical appearance. So I'd just tag the PokéBall in post #2372629 with poke ball and not PokéBall print/symbol.
Also not pokéball background, since it's only one. But I think that Prints/Symbols are reserved for stuff like clothes. Just like we treat all the other print tags: Heart, Star, Lightning, Anchor(!) etc.
The tag alias pokeball_symbol -> poke_ball_print (alias #14600) has been rejected.
