How can i create new tags?

How can i create new tags for artist names that doesn't have a tag here yet?

write artist: before the tag
for example "artist:artist12345" and then artist12345 will be an artist tag.

Make sure to read howto:artist (and the artist section of howto:pixiv, if it's a Pixiv artist) before creating artist tags so you know the naming conventions to use
