Tag for buggy effect on the image?
The wiki for glitch sounds like it but I'm unsure. Maybe static?

Is there a name for the shading effect seen in post #2502706? Does it fit the definition of flat color?

Not sure if this is the right thread for this, but can anyone recognize the blue haired character in these two pictures so they can be tagged?

I'd say yes, there are no gradients, the colors are all solid blocks. I'm not sure what that style of line art is called though, it looks a continuous line drawing but it's not a single line.

Good point. The vaulting_horse tag may be ambiguous:

For post #2504418, what type of hairstyle does Seiran have? Does that fall under twintails?

post #2475360 would support that you could use leg hug also for this instances. Also, I don't see any other useful tag for this?

Hold up, I don't think that's right. leg hug is for hugging your own legs, leg grab is the tag for grabbing someone else's legs. leg grab is most often used in the context of sex but that's not all it's for. Searching leg_grab rating:s turns up more than a few cases of hugging someone else's leg.
