I have no idea what an "approved tag" is, but considering that the after rape tag has existed for more than two years now, it seems that we approve of it as much as any other tag.
As for the other tags, it's trivial to point out the difference between rape (an act taking place in the present scene) and after rape (clear signs of something that has already happened). Also, just as not all rape is sex, not all after rape is after sex.
