It's in the name.
And it looks like a normal ribbon you put in the hair, but here to the neck. So it's pretty much the same thing then.

There are images like post #2340446 currently under the ribbon_choker tag, which I don't really think would be consider a ribbon (it's more like a string or cord).

Things like detach_collars and regular chokers are also mistagged and under this tag currently as well.

The tag implication ribbon_choker -> ribbon has been rejected.

Was using this tag recently because of Mumei arts.
Loths of them are ribbon, but they can vary to a bowtie and other stuff. So I reject my request.
