create implication nekomata -> two_tails

I just read the wiki entry and there is stated that a nekomata is specified by having two_tails that are also cat_tails. So it only seems logical that this implication is made.

So this does also apply for the animal form. Time to concretise the nekomata wiki then.

Reason: A nekomata may have a forked tail instead of two tails. Example: post #250919

Isn't that still two tails? Yes, it begins having one tail but then it splits up into two.

It isn't. Two tails requires the separation at the base of the tail, as in visually they're two completely separate tails. A forked tail is considered one tail.
