I don't believe there is a tag for when the artist (whether it's a photo of their hand or what have you) is interacting with a picture they've drawn.
Many pictures under the paperchild tag have such interaction, but there are other situations such as the recently uploaded post #1860328 . Sorry if artist_self-insert suffices for this kind of situation.
