The guy who's got the name Sekito on Danbooru isn't this guy. We might need to try and find he artist of this one on Pixiv or something. Not sure if we ever had artist name overlaps though...

Like TouhouPairings said, it's called Petite by Sekitou. It was already hard translated as well. Enjoy, it's quite nice.
