Well, she says "Eating Madoka's volume integral of the pickled ginger," in the original, which I sort of translated into mathematical symbols. Should I go with plain English instead? Still doesn't make much sense though, but that's the point.

「漬」　(Pickle) and 「積」 (Gather) are different kanji.

And 「体積分」 (Taisekibun) refers to a volume integral anyway.

I suppose a more idiomatic translation would be as follows:
"If I take the volume integral of Madoka's ginger and eat it = I eat Madoka out."

Still doesn't make any sense, but well, as mentioned, that's the whole point.

(There is a slight pun there though, as one literal way of reading "integral" in Japanese is "gathered from small parts.")

I find the pseudo-mathematical expression to be funnier, but hey, if you prefer the plain English version...
