That girl on the left is Neito's sister I think. Can't translate much of the novel. On the right is Mary.

Japanese Horizon Wiki says she's 人狼女王 (レーネデガルウ), Neito's mother. No clue on how to romanize that. Since Neito has an alternate name as well (アルジョント・ルウ Arujonto Ruu), Reenedega Ruu?

We'll go with that for now.

You should probably update her name.
reenedega_ruu is her title "Reine de Garous", "Queen of Werewolves". Her real name is Turenne, based off this dude:

So her name would be Turenne Mitotsudaira, or Mitotsudaira_Turenne
