I see no jpeg artifacts. Also, who agrees we need to tag this artist with something? Just so it's easier to find his stuff. He's awesome.

I don't see any jpeg. I think you're mistaking the psudocolors for artifacting.

It's quite east to have jpeg artefacts on a png... all you need to do is convert a jepg file to png. Not this pic, of course.
