How on earth did this get uploaded 4 times?

Because each picture are different in size and because artist can't make up his/her damn mind. I honestly didn't expect him/her to upload and reupload a picture four times in a row, each growing in size. Now I question if requesting a deletion of three child posts would be appropriate or not?

Hm, well duplicates usually just stay on the site so I suppose images with minor differences can stay too.
