I don't think I sean her in the anime

According to MAL's manga page: She's Yami-san's older sister, and a classmate of Momo and Nana.

Actually, at the end of Chapter 2, she calls Yami "Yami-oneechan" which would mean, Yami is the older "sister", while Mea is the younger sister.
