I tagged this as genderswap for Brief, not for Panty or Stocking. The only reason I tagged it as such is for his long hair. There really is no legitimate way to prove if this is genderswap or crossdressing, it looks like it could be either. I still see it as genderswap moreover but I'll keep the tags as is.

He probably wouldn’t look that embarrassed if he weren’t forced into crossdressing with that dress. Also, Wigs have been in use for quite a while.
