His true identity is Briefers Rock, the son of a wealthy family, and is rather handsome with his hair pulled back. The key to the underworld, Hell's Monkey, is located in his penis; he must get it erect to use it.
The ending of Season 2 reveals that he becomes Panty's boyfriend, and after a timeskip, her husband and Junior's father.
