I suppose that by popular moral standards she 'deserves' plenty of stuff for not killing herself as soon as she knew she posed a threat to others (a solution she eventually chose), but I honestly don't care. Rin is just as responsible - she could have killed Sakura despite Shirou's wishes. Of course Shirou is just as guilty, and Ilya, Rider, and so on. All these... "anti-Sakura" people seem to forget that, and so I just can't respect them.

No, she doesn't. Firstly, she doesn't actually know that she's harming anyone until Shirou attempts to kill her, at which point she does do that, and secondly it's entirely unreasonable to expect someone to commit suicide because they might harm others.

Well even more than that, Ilya knew everything and had an excellent way of stopping it, so you could say she is the most culpable for it. She however, had been indoctrinated by the Einzbern's, so she really didn't give a fuck about anything but her role, and then later Shirou. So it'd be a bit hypocritical her of all people to shoot Sakura.
