Wait a second, what? How is it that Sakuya, who is clearly using Time Stopping super-powers at will in order to instantly relocate herself anywhere in the arena while dropping multiple bombs functionally simultaniously, is feeling pressured by Alice merely being capable of dropping multiple bombs remotely? Wouldn't Sakuya, by definition, be doing everything Alice could do, only better?

I believe the traditional explanation for why Sakuya isn't the most powerful entity in Gensokyo even though she can control time is that she can only freeze it for short durations (relative to her perspective).
So she can travel a dozen meters in the blink of an eye, but then she'd have to rest a bit before doing it again.

So she has great burst mobility here, but no where as much "global" mobility as Yukari and Alice.
