In Danbooru, when you see some comments like the ones above you, people want to smash two things: the characters in the art and the downvote button.

The characters in the art, for obvious reasons; the users see the jiggle physics and are stimulated.

However, other users are also free to up and downvote those comments as they please (within reason), and the current stance on those types of comments is to just don't post them at all.
