It's nice the artist reposted it, but it is editing of the original image. For example if you compare the speech bubble where she says "i¿Q-QUÉ?! N-NO..." in this image versus the same bubble in the original you can see how they heavily altered the hair ornament in the editing. These kinds of edits are present in the other speech bubbles.
