Essentially, the kanji for "a great fortune" is marked with Furigana that reads "dai ero", an obvious joke. But I have no idea of the details. At least according to Jisho, "ero" is only used in Japanese as a loanword derived from "erotic" and looking up "fortune" on said site doesn't bring up the Kanji used for it.
