peroro (blue archive)
A penguin mascot from the in-universe Momo Friends franchise that is seen in Blue Archive. It's Hifumi's trademark item. Sometimes can be seen wearing a ninja outfit as well.
The character is likely a reference to Pororo, a character from the South Korean children's program Pororo the Little Penguin.
