So... how is he smoking with a gas mask on?

Sorry if this was inappropriate thing to ask given the circumstances, but where is this from?
And is this really considered "In Memoriam" if it was drawn by Toriyama himself before his death?

They used to make gasmasks where the drinking-hole also fit smokes.
So that when there was treat of gas you could take the edge of.

Of course you still had to stop smoking once the actual gas reached you.
