You are right about everything you wrote, but are wrong about Milošević succeeding Tito. When Milošević came to power in 1989, Tito was dead for 9 years. Also, Milošević was the president of the Communist party of Serbia, whereas Tito was the president of Yugoslavia. There is a difference between the POS that Milošević was and a true leader like Tito was.
