Radahn seems to have just gone with the flow. Maybe he saw the tradeoff between his mother's happiness and his newfound demigodhood as being just enough to not hold similar grudges. As well, his respect towards Godfrey may have factored into this.

SPOILERS: I thought that since Radagon is Marika they would have already been demigods, or an Empyrean in Ranni's case.

AFAIK it's never clearly established just how secret Radagon=Marika is. Certainly no NPC gives an indication they know. It is possible not even Radagon's children know.
I've read specula,, on /v/ I think, that although Marika is Radagon, it might be true that she wasn't always. One possibility given was that perhaps she tried to rebel against GW, who in response merged her with the super-loyal Radagon to keep her under control.
Weren't Marika & Radagon merged into one due to the Golden Order or whatever forcing them to be merged as a means to try to protect it from being destroyed by Marika?

They are each other half, Marika wanting change (due understanding all are just pawns) and Radagon wanting to restore order but its weird Radagon was born in a different enviroment also a different race , Marika being an Empyrean and Radagon a half Giant half empyrean and they never know each other prescence until they saw each other. Their presence never states why they born like that or both were just another tool from the outer gods playground
