Skadi doesn't even have oripathy, she really is just stupid. She overcomplicated the entire situation by refusing to explain anything to people she could trust, and then repeatedly attacking them, as well as everyone else, indiscriminately. Her reasoning? "It's dangerous for you to get involved, so I'm going to beat you senseless with my monstrous strength."
