Some Japanese fans have taken to call Rudolf the successor of the Kaede Cygames pungeonmaster mantle (Cygames also holds a stake in the Im@s IP).

Though IIRC Kaede's puns were not nearly half as bad.

Edit: My attempts to come up with math puns for "banana" all drift towards Banach space... which is an undergraduate university-level advanced topic. Sigh. Very obscure for most people, but let's just assume Rudolf is a math genius.

A Banach space is a linear, normed and complete "space" (all four are mathematical terms). Add in "yellow" as an additional adjective and it becomes Bananach (for puns, not for real). "Banach space" is also ripe fodder for banana puns in... circles that are aware of the term. Though if you take a course mentioning "Banach spaces", someone is bound to come up with a banana pun by some point.
